I've had the chance to ask various questions to a few recruiters who have extensive experience working for pharma/biotech and corporations like McKinsey and Boston Consulting Group. One of the biggest questions that comes up is: "what types of salaries do these physicians make when they enter the corporate world?" There's no easy answer, but there are some "guidelines" that certain companies follow to maintain internal equity.
