May 2-8 is the International Update Your References Week (UYRW). When's the last time you updated your references? This week, in the spirit of UYRW, I've been updating some of my references on LinkedIn. I'm not actively looking for a new job because I am very content where I am right now, but I wanted to celebrate the spirit of UYRW and encourage others who are currently job searching.
