Johns Hopkins University Entrepreneurship Bootcamp 2014

What happens when you bring the school of medicine, school of engineering, and school of business together at Johns Hopkins University? You get the 2014 JHU Entrepreneurship Bootcamp. This year, classes will run from July - August and will feature lecture presentations, guest speakers, and mentors.

The bootcamp will provide the basic knowledge and skills needed to turn raw ideas into validated business proposals. Participants will build knowledge and skills through case studies, didactics and hands-on experiences. Participants are strongly encouraged to bring their own ideas.

Topics that will be covered include: intellectual property, technology transfer, market analysis, the FDA, reimbursement, finance and funding, building a venture team, and more.

Who can register for the Bootcamp? According to their website:

All Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, School of Nursing, Bloomberg School of Public Health Faculty, Staff, Post-doctoral Fellows, Students and Residents are eligible to register.
