Position:

We are seeking an MD/DO, PharmD, or PhD to provide strategic oversight and direction for clinical practice gap analysis, educational needs assessments, CME/CE content development, and outcomes measurements. This professional will provide scientific leadership and oversee medical editors/writers who are working on CME needs assessments, activity content, and outcomes research.

This is a full-time, office-based position with minimal travel requirements. Telecommuting is not an option.



Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic scientific oversight for medical education content across a wide range of therapeutic areas.
• Oversee the process of identifying clinical practice gaps and assessing relevant educational needs among learners.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and analysis of educational outcomes assessment strategies.
• Ensure that all documents and medical content deliverables are accurate, evidence-based, and in full compliance with all ACCME, FDA, OIG requirements.

The ideal candidate should possess at least 3-5 years of experience in the CME industry as a Medical/Scientific Director, hold an MD/DO, PharmD, or PhD, and be able to evaluate educational content across a wide range of medical specialty areas. Expertise in current ACCME, OIG, and FDA guidelines is essential. Strong oncology, cardiology, neurology, or rheumatology experience is a plus.
