BioSpace 2009 Career Fair

There's another BioSpace 2009 Career Fair coming up in Philly. You can't just show up for this type of career fair. You have to pre-register so that you can be invited to this event. Here's what I mean:

Candidates with a 4-year degree in the life sciences and a minimum of 2-years of industry related experience are invited to attend. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a four-year college degree. PhD and Postdoc candidates welcome. Qualified candidates will receive their invitations and confirmation numbers via email no later than 72 hours prior to the career fair. Pre-screened and accepted candidates must bring a copy of their invitation with a confirmation number to the event.

So, what types of positions are available in the world of pharma and biotech?

Exhibiting companies are recruiting for positions in areas such as: QA/QC, clinical research, engineering, manufacturing, biostatistics, clinical data management, chemistry, regulatory affairs, and research.
