Forbes article on Encore Careers

Are you thinking about retiring so that you can pursue an encore career? There's a nice article on Forbes titled, "2 Ways To Help More People Have Encore Careers." Marc Freedman, founder and CEO of Encore.org, writes how many people thinking about retirement are looking to apply their skills and they want engagement, stimulation and challenges. Of course, they also want to help people and receive some level of income. Paul Irving wrote a book titled, "The Upside of Aging: How Long Life Is Changing the World of Health, Work, Innovation, Policy and Purpose." If you're not quite ready for retirement, consider finding a non-clinical encore career that will keep you going for the next 20+ years!
