The Office of Executive Education at UC Irvine's Paul Merage School of Business offers a Certificate in Leadership for Healthcare Transformation. Here's what you can expect from this program:

Prepare graduates to be leaders throughout the healthcare transformation by:

• Analyzing healthcare delivery as an integrated value chain
• Providing knowledge and skills to drive change
• Enhancing the ability to collaborate and operate cross-functionally
• Clarifying tools and frameworks to develop and implement breakthrough innovations
• Encouraging efficient, high-quality, compassionate patient care through systems thinking and the skills to anticipate and solve unprecedented challenges
• Improving participant morale through increased understanding of their environment

The Certificate in Leadership for Healthcare Transformation will be delivered in ten modules featuring forty hours of classroom interaction and an additional forty hours of supporting activities facilitated by our Educational Container. All sessions occur on the UC Irvine campus and are taught by world-renowned faculty in conjunction with thought leaders from the healthcare business community.
