Integrated Health Systems: Key Concepts

Integrated Health Systems: Key Concepts

ACPE Annual Meeting & Spring Institute
Westin St. Francis * San Francisco
April 27-May 1, 2012

The future of health care integration is anything but clear.

One day, ACOs are out. The next day, they're in. But for all of the ambiguity, one thing is certain: physicians and hospitals are coming together. In fact, health system executives report they expect to employ between 50 and 100 percent of all physicians by 2015.

No matter what your model, this new togetherness is bound to create culture clashes on both sides. ACPE's Integrated Health Systems:Key Concepts is specifically designed to help physician leaders through this difficult transition, regardless of where their organizations are in the integration process.

The course is divided into four modules, which can be taken individually or as a whole:
  1. Physician Engagement (April 29)
  2. Clinical Integration (April 30)
  3. Financial & Legal Considerations (May 1)
  4. Take-home module: Drivers, Design & Strategy (Free when you register for the full Integrated Health Systems program.)
PLUS, attend the ACPE Annual Meeting on April 27-28. Learn a new approach to achieving remarkable results from Peter Sims, best-selling author of Little Bets: How Breakthrough Ideas Emerge from Small Discoveries. Peter will be available after the session to sign books and answer questions. Then join your peers in a workshop to explore how the Little Bets methodology can enhance your organization.
