I wish I could attend this, but I have a conflict that day.

Wharton Entrepreneurship Conference 2011: Dream Less. Do More.

The inspiration for this year’s conference originates from a growing demand in the Wharton ecosystem to foster entrepreneurship and a desire by potential entrepreneurs to see a path forward to implement their ideas. The Conference’s Executive Committee seeks to present a panel of entrepreneurs and investors that not only demonstrate genuine passion for entrepreneurship but also share practical, useful insight.

Conference Overview

The Wharton Entrepreneurship Conference is one of the country's most widely attended entrepreneurship conferences. Over its thirteen year history, it has attracted thousands of students, professionals and academics, as well as coverage from media companies such as the Wall Street Journal, Forbes and CNN. This student-run conference has also vastly benefited from various speakers and their entrepreneurial and business knowledge in the form of keynotes as well as panelists. Past participants in the conference include Thomas Stemberg (Founder and CEO of Staples), David Neeleman (Founder and CEO of JetBlue Airways) and Darius Bikoff (Founder of Glaceau, maker of VitaminWater).

This year's conference will interactively look at the stories of entrepreneurs and their ventures, learning from their experiences in the past, understanding their places in the present environment, and looking forward to their decisions for the future.

We are inviting over 500 professionals, entrepreneurs, and students to participate in the conference. We are especially thrilled to present Jack Abraham, Founder and CEO of Milo, and David Pakman, Partner of Venrock, as our keynote speakers this year.
