Dr. Justin launched SwiftMD in 2008 to provide consumers, health plans, employers and government entities with a new choice of healthcare options through the development of telemedicine services. SwiftMD is distinguished by their offering of medical diagnosis and advice delivered by board-certified emergency physicians. As President and Chief Executive Officer of SwiftMD, Dr. Justin uses his thirty years of medical experience to lead business strategy development and implementation, as well as fulfillment of the company's mission, vision and values.

Dr. Justin spent the past 12 years of his career as CEO of Pegasus Emergency Group, a role he continues to play, in addition to his leadership at SwiftMD. Pegasus Emergency Group is a company lauded for its excellence in managing and upgrading procedures in hospital emergency departments. A graduate of Harvard University as well as Boston University's School of Medicine, Dr. Justin was named by his peers as the New Jersey American College Emergency Physician of the Year.
