RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide leadership and guidance for multiple operations centers staffed with teams of paramedics, nurses and security personnel
• Manage and lead crisis response operations and other operational initiatives for clients and strategic partners
• Take ownership of, develop strategy for and implement policy surrounding evacuation and repatriation
• Deploy as required to support GR missions/operations
• Qualify hospitals and other operational regional/local resources and strategic partners
• Work directly with other internal functional areas to support clients and partners; collect, analyze and present data and operational briefs to clients and partners
• Represent the company on sales calls and client visits
• Domestic and international travel



REQUIREMENTS
• MD/PA with at least 3 years clinical experience
• Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial office environment with non-traditional schedule
• Interested in domestic and international travel to represent the company, assist members in medical need and perform partner due diligence
• Leadership experience
• Capable of representing the company and articulating value to potential clients and partners
• Exceptional written and verbal communication. Capable of working fluently in Word, Power Point and Excel
• Mission focused orientation, interest in “doing whatever it takes” to help patients in need
• Full-time in Boston / New Hampshire

COMPENSATION: Dependent on experience; Salary + bonus + benefits. Possibility for stock options after the first year.
