Health Care: Rx for MBA Job Blues

There's an interesting article on BusinessWeek titled, "Health Care: Rx for MBA Job Blues."

To grab your attention, you'll see this under the title: Health care is one of the few bright spots in an otherwise dismal job picture for b-school grads, and reform, if it happens, has the potential to make it brighter still

So, what types of opportunities are opening up for MBA graduates as the nation prepares for some significant health care reform? The article places a considerable amount of focus on health IT (health information technology) and electronic health records. After all, we're going to see $25.8 billion (or is it $36.5 billion?) set aside for health IT through the HITECH (Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health) provisions found within American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA).
