Summer Vacations and Sports

This may seem a bit off-topic, but let me just say that one of the nice things about having a non-clinical career is that you can choose certain jobs that give you more flexibility with your scheduling. As a result, it may be easier for you to take some family vacations.

This summer, we may have a chance to visit some friends and relatives in Toronto, Ontario. I love the Chinatown and all the great food you can get there! When I visit Toronto, I love going to the Rogers Centre (which used to be called the SkyDome). Do you know any tricks to find some cheap Rogers Centre Tickets? When I was a college student at MIT, we took many road trips to Toronto and we always happened to find some incredible ticket deals.

Speaking of sporting tickets, when's the last time you visited Houston, Texas? As a family, we head down to Houston almost every year to visit relatives on my wife's side of the family. Her cousins are always coming up with incredible Toyota Center Tickets. Did you know that the Toyota Center was the winner of the Allen Award for Civic Enhancement by Central Houston in 2003? So while I'm on the topic of vacationing and sports arenas, let me tell you about my favorite arena: the American Airlines Arena. It can be tough to find American Airlines Arena Tickets during peak season. Maybe that's why we've never had a chance to watch a game there. I love visiting Miami and walking along South Beach.
